We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead both product thinking and client conversations — someone who doesn’t just design great experiences, but can confidently represent them..
This role is ideal for designers who are hands-on, strategic, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end in a client-facing environment.
requirements
- Lead product design across web and mobile experiences — from concept to delivery
- Translate business and client requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Run and participate in client workshops, presentations, and design reviews
- Present, defend, and iterate on design decisions with stakeholders
- Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients
- Contribute to and evolve design systems across projects
- Balance multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency setup
skills
- 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
- Proven experience in client-facing roles (presentations, workshops, stakeholder management)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem-solving depth
- Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or scalable systems
- Ability to think in flows, edge cases, and user journeys
- High proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, systems thinking)
- Strong communication — you can articulate and defend your decisions clearly
- Comfortable working with developers and understanding constraints
- Agency experience is a strong plus
