Senior Product Designer

• Lead product design across web and mobile experiences — from concept to delivery
• Translate business and client requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Run and participate in client workshops, presentations, and design reviews
• Present, defend, and iterate on design decisions with stakeholders
• Own user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clients
• Contribute to and evolve design systems across projects
• Balance multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency setup

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
• Proven experience in client-facing roles (presentations, workshops, stakeholder management)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and problem-solving depth
• Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or scalable systems
• Ability to think in flows, edge cases, and user journeys
• High proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, systems thinking)
• Strong communication — you can articulate and defend your decisions clearly
• Comfortable working with developers and understanding constraints
• Agency experience is a strong plus
