with Health Gate, AstraZeneca required a unified mobile app that simplified the management of long-time health conditions, while also providing users with lifestyle and wellbeing advice to benefit their overall health. the app needed to support symptom tracking, medication reminders, appointment management, and personalized health tips in a user-friendly experience.

making day-to-day management of health and lifestyle easy and effective
in the current market, there are various health management apps that offer specific services, however, there is a gap in the market for an all-in-one solution. the aim was to create an app that fills this gap by providing a one-stop-shop platform, which offers healthy tips on food and workout choices based on the user's lifestyle, and also assists with day-to-day management of health conditions through features such as medication reminders and diabetes trackers.

Health Gate by AstraZeneca is the essential everyday wellbeing companion
with the Health Gate app, we integrated several tools and features to facilitate condition management (including heart, lung and kidney conditions) and provide support to users in managing their general health and wellbeing.
Diabetes Management
The app supports diabetics with managing their condition through tools, including a blood sugar tracker, which connects to wearable devices.
Easier Consultations
Online consultations and doorstep delivery of e-prescriptions can be arranged in seconds.
Boosting Overall Health
General health and wellbeing tips and advice are presented to users in eye-catching and easily accessible designs, and BMI calculator is incorporated to further support users in managing their health and wellbeing on a daily basis.
