our aim for the website was to create a platform that turns interest into desire, prioritizing content to give visitors a real sense of the Banyan Tree resident experience. we kept the site structure clean, simple and easy to navigate, allowing visitors to seamlessly discover the story of each page. with the homepage, we led with a highlight video that gives visitors an immediate glimpse into the unique Banyan Tree offering.
we also developed an iPad Pro App for use in the sales center. the app features an interactive masterplan, floorplan selector, video content and 360° views from the building, all of which help potential homeowners visualize more clearly the experience of living in the Banyan Tree Residences.

a truly unique digital experience gave users a sense of the luxury retreat that they would expect from Banyan Tree hotels and resorts, however, in this case there is no end to the holiday as this will be their home.
a Banyan Tree Residence book was also created, offering prospective buyers a unique glimpse of the finesse and attention they could expect in their new home. a stylish memento for buyers, the book blends simplicity of layout with premium finishing; copper foiling on the cover logo and high quality heavy stock paper are complemented by an unconventional flat binding that allows the renders of the Residences to be beautifully displayed.
