Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a leading global financial center within the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region. businesses located in DIFC benefit from its dedicated ecosystem and connections to the global economy.
in line with a rebranding exercise, tentwenty was tasked with updating DIFC’s online presence and broadening the website’s focus to incorporate its increasingly popular lifestyle offerings. similar to a previous redesign we had completed for DIFC, we needed to provide end users with an effortless experience whilst navigating a vast amount of information, which had now expanded to reflect its positioning as a lifestyle destination for residents living in DIFC and visitors coming from all over Dubai.


One of the huge success stories of the redesigned site was the revamped onboarding and enquiry process, which transformed from providing basic contact details to a completely bespoke, multi-step, multi-option enquiry form that ensures each enquiry is filtered to the right place. as a result of this implementation, new business enquiries (and sign-ups) increased by over 50%, with a 60% yearly increase in form submissions.
To provide users with up-to-date, relevant news and information at their fingertips, we added a browser-based notifications functionality and introduced newsletter subscriptions as another means of staying informed about DIFC news.
We presented the vast volume of information in an easily accessible and navigable format for DIFC’s various user types - visitors, employees, residents and so on. we also enhanced the user experience by creating a 3D map showing the several districts across DIFC and how to find your way around them.
Ask a random person in Dubai if they know the DIFC, their answer will of course be yes. To help visualise what is a huge area, we created a 3D map showing the several districts across DIFC and how to navigate them.

More than just a world-class financial centre, the DIFC also has a thriving lifestyle scene. The community is not only local residents living inside DIFC, but also visitors from all over Dubai. With events happening all year round, DIFC is definitely one of the key places to be.
