JOOD is Dubai’s unified digital platform for community contributions, established in alignment with the Dubai Social Agenda 33 to connect individuals and businesses with trusted humanitarian, charitable and developmental initiatives. The platform is designed to make giving more accessible, transparent and impactful, while helping build a stronger culture of participation across the community.
The challenge was to turn this ambition into a digital ecosystem that could simplify contributions, support fundraising, encourage repeat participation and make impact visible. Tentwenty was tasked with creating an experience that works seamlessly across both website and mobile app, while serving very different user journeys for guests, registered individuals and businesses.

The website and mobile app mirror the same core functionality and content, allowing users to discover verified causes, contribute instantly, start their own fundraisers and track their wider impact. From a one-click guest contribution journey to personalised dashboards and community leaderboards, every interaction is designed to reduce friction while making participation feel rewarding, transparent and social.
