the Saudi Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 wasn’t just a popular attraction for expo visitors, but also a key meeting space for VIPs, VVIPs and government personnel. the Pavilion team required a smart, fully comprehensive SaaS web and app platform to coordinate and manage visits and itineraries.
the mobile app and web platform are instantly in sync without any update being made
the dashboard interface provides a daily projection of upcoming visits and a visits report with the necessary filters
the stages of work
from discovery of all the business requirements to user testing on location
we started with stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering, before engaging in a discovery phase to understand location areas and VIP journeys. we then developed user flows, site mapping, wireframes, prototyping, UI/UX design, Flutter app and SaaS Node.js development, as well as engaging in user testing and on-location testing.

a user-friendly dashboard enabled quick creation of pre-defined itinerary templates with scope for journey customization.

quick and easy access for managers to review, comment, approve or reject itineraries with the click of a button.
For VIP visitors
the app allowed tour guides to track essential details about ongoing or upcoming VIP visitors.
